By accessing or using RepostLens at repostlens.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RepostLens provides web-based tools for viewing, exploring, and exporting publicly available TikTok content including reposts, profiles, stories, comments, and videos. RepostLens is an independent tool and is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are using the Service in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to access non-public, private, or restricted TikTok content
  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
  • Automate access to the Service without our written permission (API access requires a paid plan)
  • Resell or redistribute data exported from the Service without authorization
  • Misrepresent the source of data obtained through the Service
  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, or TikTok's Terms of Service

5. Credits and Subscriptions

Some features require credits. Credits are consumed when you export comments. Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

6. Content Policy

RepostLens retrieves publicly available TikTok content. We do not host or re-publish TikTok content permanently. We support content removal requests via our Remove Content page.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. REPOSTLENS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR AVAILABILITY OF DATA RETRIEVED FROM TIKTOK.

RepostLens is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPOSTLENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
