1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the TTRepost website (ttrepost.com) and our suite of analytics tools (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual user or a corporate entity) and TTRepost. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all usage of the Service. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who violates these rules.

2. Description of the TTRepost Service

TTRepost is an independent, specialized web platform that provides tools for viewing, exploring, extracting, and analyzing publicly available social media data, specifically focusing on TikTok. Our tools include, but are not limited to, the TikTok Repost Viewer, TikTok Profile Viewer, TikTok Comment Exporter, and various analytical dashboards.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

To utilize our Service, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your specific jurisdiction, such as 16 in certain EU member states). By accessing our tools, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

As a user of TTRepost, you agree to use our platform solely for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken using our tools and the subsequent use of any data you extract. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations regarding online conduct and data privacy.

4. Acceptable Use Policy and Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of our platform and respect the rights of third parties, you strictly agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

• Private Data Violations: You may not use our Service to attempt to access, view, or scrape non-public, hidden, deleted, or password-protected TikTok content. TTRepost is designed explicitly for public data only.
• Harassment and Malicious Use: You may not use any data obtained through our tools to harass, stalk, dox, bully, or harm any individual, creator, or entity.
• Unauthorized Automation: Unless you are subscribed to an enterprise plan that explicitly grants API access, you may not use bots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated scripts to repeatedly query our tools. We enforce strict rate limits, and attempting to bypass these limits will result in an immediate IP ban.
• Data Resale and Misrepresentation: You may not repackage, resell, or redistribute bulk data exported from TTRepost as your own proprietary dataset without explicit written authorization. Furthermore, you must not misrepresent the source of the data or imply that you have a direct partnership with TikTok.
• Platform Abuse: You must not attempt to interfere with our servers, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the experience of other users on TTRepost.

5. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Billing

While basic viewing tools are available without registration, advanced features (such as bulk comment exporting and profile monitoring) require you to create an account and subscribe to a paid plan.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Credits System: Certain premium features operate on a credit system. When you execute a comment export, credits are deducted from your monthly allowance based on the volume of data processed. Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle expire and do not roll over to the next month.
• Subscription Renewals: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize our third-party payment processor to automatically charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid cycle. Due to the digital nature of our API-driven service and the server costs incurred to generate reports, we generally do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by law.

6. Public Content Policy and Takedown Requests

TTRepost acts as a conduit for information. We retrieve and display data directly from public URLs. We do not permanently host, claim ownership of, or alter the core TikTok content (videos, profile pictures, comments) displayed in our viewers.

Because we do not host the underlying media, any DMCA takedown requests regarding the actual copyright of a video must be submitted directly to the primary hosting platform (TikTok). However, we respect the privacy choices of creators. If a creator wishes for their publicly available profile to be blocked from appearing in TTRepost search results, they may submit a request via our dedicated Remove Content page. Upon verification, we will add the profile to our internal blocklist.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Your use of TTRepost is strictly at your own risk. The Service, including all data retrieved from external platforms, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Because social media platforms frequently change their algorithms, API structures, and privacy settings, TTRepost makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. Information may be delayed or cached.
• No Warranty of Uptime: We do not warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Temporary downtimes may occur due to maintenance or external platform rate-limiting.
• Explicit Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TTRepost explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TTRepost, its founders, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party accessed through the Service;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the total amount you paid to TTRepost in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TTRepost and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
• Any claim that data you exported and subsequently used caused damage to a third party.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of updated Terms means that you accept and agree to the modifications.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts possessing jurisdiction over our primary administrative operations.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force, effect, and enforceability. The failure of TTRepost to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
